Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Mobius, a personal AI assistant delivered over WhatsApp, operated by Snowpex (“we”, “us”). By messaging Mobius you agree to them.

The service

Mobius provides AI-powered assistance in chat: reminders, notes, to-dos, lists, expense tracking, article summaries, web search, and general question answering, including processing of voice notes, images and documents you send. Mobius is currently in early access: features may change, and access is by invitation and may be granted or withdrawn at our discretion.

AI disclaimer

Mobius uses AI models to understand and answer. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or outdated— verify anything important before acting on it. Mobius does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and its answers are not a substitute for one. Reminder delivery depends on WhatsApp and our infrastructure; don't rely on it as your only safeguard for anything critical.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Mobius for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't use it to generate spam or unsolicited messages to others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or generate abusive load.

Your content

What you send and store stays yours. You grant us the limited right to process and store it purely to operate the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Subscriptions

Early access is free. When paid subscriptions launch, pricing will be shown before you pay, billing will recur until cancelled, and the refund & cancellation policy will apply. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Third-party platforms

Mobius runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by Meta's own terms; we are not responsible for WhatsApp outages or changes to the platform.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim (or ₹500 if you've paid nothing).

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
